Fredrin runs on your own repos and AI subscription. We collect what the board needs, nothing more, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect
- Account
- : your email and basic profile, to sign you in via magic link.
- Workspace
- : the tickets, projects, statuses, and comments on your board.
- Operational
- : minimal logs and diagnostics to keep the service running and secure.
What stays on your machine
- Source code
- : lives in your own repositories and local worktrees.
- AI keys and subscriptions
- : agent requests run under the provider subscription or key you supply.
- Prompts and agent replies

How we use it
- To run the product
- : authenticate you, render your board, and sync ticket and CI status.
- Nothing else
- : no advertising profiles, and we don't sell your data.
Third parties
- Infrastructure
- : hosting, database, email, and realtime providers process data only to serve us.
- Your AI provider
- : prompts sent under your own subscription are subject to that provider's policies.
Retention and your rights

- : we keep your data while your account is active; deleting your workspace removes its board data.
