Open role
UI/UX designer
Fredrin's product is an interface for steering a fleet of AI agents: a board, terminals, diffs, and reviews. We're looking for a designer to make running twenty agents feel as calm as running one.
Remote
What you'll do
- Design core product surfaces (the board, ticket detail, and review flows) from first sketch to shipped pixels.
- Own the marketing site's visual language alongside the product, keeping the two coherent.
- Prototype in high fidelity and iterate directly with the team against real builds.
- Push the craft: motion, density, and dark-first UI that developers actually enjoy living in.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product design work, ideally developer tools or other dense, information-heavy interfaces.
- Fluency in modern design tooling, with enough front-end literacy to speak precisely with engineers.
- Strong opinions about typography, spacing, and restraint, and the taste to defend them.
- You sweat the empty states, error states, and edge cases, not just the hero shot.
How we work
- Small team, high trust: you work directly with the founders and own whole problems, not tickets.
- We use Fredrin to build Fredrin: most changes ship through the same agent-driven flow we sell.
- Written-first communication, few meetings, and a bias for shipping something real every week.
Where you'll work
Every role at Fredrin is fully remote. We work async-first across time zones, with a written culture that cares about what you ship, not where you sit.
